Although all 400 Series spectrophotometers are factory calibrated and never require re-calibration, users often require wavelength verification and prefer the short bandwidth lines of mercury line sources over those of liquid absorption standards for verification and wavelength calibration.

Our Wavelength Verification Source incorporates mercury source lamp for verification of mercury and argon lines from 253 nm through 922 nm.

The Wavelength Verification Source operates with either a 9V battery or 12V power supply. A fiber optic cable is also included for connection to the spectrophotometer.
